Q4 2026 Annual Awards Luncheon
Save the Date: EWHC Q4 Luncheon & Annual Awards
Value: Service
Join Executive Women in Healthcare for our final program of the year as we celebrate the women, leaders, and organizations making a difference across Indiana healthcare.
We are honored to welcome Madeline Melangton, Vice President of Development at Special Olympics Indiana, as our keynote speaker. Through her work advancing opportunities for athletes with intellectual disabilities, Madeline has built a career centered on creating meaningful partnerships, fostering inclusion, and helping others reach their full potential.
In her presentation, Madeline will explore what service looks like when it is embedded into the culture and purpose of an organization rather than treated as an afterthought. Drawing on lessons from Special Olympics Indiana, she will share how inclusion, athlete leadership, and community partnership create lasting impact—and how those same principles can be applied across healthcare and beyond.
Attendees will leave with practical insights on recognizing, naming, and amplifying the service already woven into their daily work as leaders, caregivers, advocates, and community builders.
The program will also feature the presentation of EWHC's Annual Awards, recognizing outstanding individuals who exemplify leadership, commitment, and service within healthcare.
Join us as we celebrate a year of connection, growth, commitment, and service while honoring those who inspire positive change throughout our healthcare community.
